Privacy Policy.
We never sell your information. Here is what we collect, why and who sees it.
The short version. We never sell your information. Your request goes to our team and to the one partner contractor who needs it to help you.
01What we collect
Madison Home Service Group collects the information you send through our request and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), city, the service you need, your message and any photo you attach. We also see basic technical information such as the page you were on when you sent the request.
02How we use it
We use your information to connect you with one partner contractor, to follow up on your request and to answer your questions. We may use it to keep our forms secure and to improve the website.
03We never sell your information
We do not sell your information. Only one partner contractor receives your request and will contact you about it. We do not share your request with a crowd of companies, and you will not get constant calls and emails from many contractors because of us.
04Who else may see it
The partner contractor assigned to your request sees what they need to help you. We also use service providers that help us run the website, such as hosting, email and form security, and they may handle your information on our behalf.
We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
05Cookies and analytics
This website may use cookies or analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to keep forms secure. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
06How long we keep it
We keep request information for as long as needed to help with your project and to meet legal and business needs, and then delete or anonymize it.
07Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent, or to stop contacting you, by calling 608-579-0220 or using the contact form.
08Security and children
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
