How it works
What is Madison Home Service Group?
We are a group of home and property service companies across the Madison area. You send one request, and we connect you with the partner contractor who handles your kind of work.
How do I get started?
Use the request form on any page, or call 608-579-0220. Tell us what you need and where you are, and one of our experts will contact you.
Will I get calls from several contractors?
No. Only one contractor will ever call about your request. You will not get a stack of calls or constant emails like you can on other service sites.
What happens after I submit a request?
One of our experts reviews it and contacts you. A partner contractor then visits to assess the work, gives you an estimate and, if you decide to go ahead, does the work.
Does it cost anything to submit a request?
No. Estimates and work are arranged between you and the partner contractor.
The contractors
Who are the partner contractors?
They are independent, licensed, insured and vetted contractors who work with Madison Home Service Group. They run their own crews and write their own estimates.
Who is responsible for the work?
The independent contractor performs the work and is responsible for it. Madison Home Service Group is not responsible for damages or issues that arise from the contractors we send. Please read our Terms of Use.
Can I ask the contractor for proof of license and insurance?
Yes, and you should feel free to. Reputable contractors are happy to provide it.
Can I get a second opinion?
Of course. A single contact does not stop you from comparing options on a larger project.
Your information
Do you sell my information?
Never. We do not sell your information. It goes to the one partner who needs it to help you.
What do you do with my request?
We use it to connect you with one partner contractor and to follow up with you. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Will I be added to a mailing list?
Your request is used to help with your project. See the Privacy Policy for how information is used.

We serve Madison, Wisconsin and the communities within about 20 miles, including Middleton, Fitchburg, Verona, Sun Prairie, Waunakee, DeForest, Stoughton, Oregon, McFarland and more.
What services are available?

Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We handle residential and commercial work. Many partner contractors take on offices, shops, restaurants, multi-unit properties and job sites. Tell us it is a business when you send your request.
