One of our experts reads it and contacts you to help. Only one contractor will ever call. You will not be passed around, and you will not get a flood of calls and emails.
What happens after you submit
Your request goes to the partner site in the group that matches your need, such as plumbing, roofing or landscaping. A person on that team reviews your request and reaches out to understand what you need and set up an assessment.
The partner contractor visits, assesses the work and gives you an estimate. If you decide to go ahead, they do the work.
Who the contractors are
The contractors we send are independent, licensed, insured and vetted businesses. They are not employees of Madison Home Service Group, and they run their own crews, schedules and quotes.
Our job is to make the introduction and keep it simple for you. Their job is to assess the work and do it well.
What we do with your information
We never sell your information. It goes to one partner contractor who needs it to help you, and that is all. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use explain the details.
